Dahlia Tuber Policies

Price is always per tuber.

I carefully inspect each tuber to make sure it has a viable eye and unbroken neck in order to make sure that what you receive is good quality.

Certain varieties have a limits on how many you may purchase. Please respect the limit and do not attempt to purchase more. Any purchases that exceed the limit will be cancelled and refunded.

Placing an item in the cart does not reserve it and doesn’t guarantee purchase. Once payment is received, the purchaser will received a confirmation email confirming purchase. It is not uncommon for a highly sought after variety to sell out within minutes.

SHIPPING

I ship only to the US at this time. No international orders accepted.

I charge $15 for shipping no matter the size of the order. I will combine shipping for all orders with the same address. No code needed. I will refund any addition shipping charges when I am packing orders in the spring. If you want to be refunded earlier, send me a message and I’ll refund you within a few days.

Your order will arrive in a reused cardboard box, likely an amazon one. I don’t do flat rate boxes since I love to reuse as much as I can.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

If I am unable to fulfill any part of your order due to the rare storage failure, I will contact you through email to ask if you would like a refund or substitution.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact me before March 31st, 2026 to receive a full refund.

I do not issue refunds for viable tubers after they have been received. If you feel like you received a tuber that isn’t viable, please email me within 5 days after it arrives along with pictures.

Artwork Information and Policies

All artwork sold on this sight is painted and reproduced by me, Katya Burris of OnePaperKat. It is copywrited: © Katya Burris of OnePaperKat. All rights reserved. The buyer is not entitled to reproduction rights. Use of images or content without prior written permission is prohibited.

Anything labeled as ORIGINAL is not a reproduction but the original painting, that is why they are more costly. Anything labeled as a print is a reproduction of the original art piece that I painted. Keep in mind that even though I do everything possible to photograph my art in the right lighting, what you receive may look slightly different than what is on screen due to the variances of colors on screens.

I usually ship smaller artwork in padded waterproof envelopes and larger pieces rolled up in an art tube.

I do not accept refunds or exchanges on any of my art. I will accept cancellations as long as I haven’t shipped out the artwork.
